Return & Exchange
Returned items must comply with the following conditions:
- A return request must be submit within 7 days from the date of product received. Send the order number and photos of the relevant product(s) to cs@rapeeliving.com.hk
- Returned Item must be purchased from www.rapeeliving.com.hk
- No refund or exchange for bargain sale,on sale items,damaged or altered goods.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are only available for the same size or color exchange.
- If the size or color submitted by the exchange request is out of stock, we will process the refund accordingly.
