Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are only available for the same size or color exchange.
• If the size or color submitted by the exchange request is out of stock, we will process the refund accordingly

Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

• A return request must be submit within 7 days from the date of product received.
• Returned Item must be purchased from www.rapeeliving.com.hk
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted
