Washing Instructions : 

• Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent
• Avoid soaking for long periods
• Machine wash with gentle cycle in cold water and place in mesh laundry bag
• Do not tumble dry

Return & Exchange

Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

• A return request must be submit within 7 days from the date of product received. Send the order number and photos of the relevant product(s) to cs@rapeeliving.com.hk
• Returned Item must be purchased from www.rapeeliving.com.hk
• No refund or exchange for bargain sale,on sale items,damaged or altered goods.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

• Exchanges are only available for the same size or color exchange.
• If the size or color submitted by the exchange request is out of stock, we will process the refund accordingly.
