Maintenance

- Please use with a pillow case in order to extend lifetime of the product

- Dry your herbs filling core pack in the sun every 15-20 days. This allows moisture and sweat build-up to evaporate naturally, leaving your pillows comfrotable and clean. (Time needed for drying may vary according to amount of moisture absorbed).

- We recommend replacing the pillow after 8-12 months. (Long term use will reduce the pillow's effectiveness and possibly lead to appearance of mites, which will impact user health and cleanliness).

Washing Instructions

- Remove the cassia seed lavender pillow core before washing. For COVER only : Machine Wash. Max. Tempertaure 30ºC. Do Not Bleach. Do Not Dry Clean. Tumble Dry Low. Do Not Iron.

Return & Exchange

Returned items must comply with the following conditions:

• A return request must be submit within 7 days from the date of product received. Send the order number and photos of the relevant product(s) to cs@rapeeliving.com.hk
• Returned Item must be purchased from www.rapeeliving.com.hk
• No refund or exchange for bargain sale,on sale items,damaged or altered goods.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

• Exchanges are only available for the same size or color exchange.
